Tianxia Payment is a wholly-owned subsidiary of hongtu Hi-tech Co., LTD (600122.sh), a listed company. Founded in 2009, it has obtained the third-party payment license of the People's Bank of China in 2014. After being acquired by Hongtu Hi-tech Co., LTD in 2015, it began to provide a full range of payment services for Hongtu Hi-tech Co., LTD and enterprises within the system.
